People were lovely and the locaton was fantastic, food could have been a bit more choice but would stay there again
Super location, very friendly service, clean and nice rooms, good breakfasts, and all super recommend this hotel.
location and staff was great. in terms of facilities - decent enough, but refurbishment might be needed. on general - breakfasts and dinners were good as well though not much local foods.
during the nights it was noisy on the streets, so at times it was hard to sleep. also, sometimes, if i knew German, i could follow conversations among the couple staying in the room net to mine.
Bigest problem ever, no TV remote control.
Its convience to the town and the staff were generally helpful although there was sometimes a language barrier. Breakfast was a good start to the day.
My room 1010 was directly above the kitchen and the only window opened onto a shared area with the kitchen. It was very noisy. I should have said something at the time but I just wanted to get on with my holiday.I will say yes to the question below but not to my room.
Free wifi (but only in the lobby), all you can eat breakfast, panorama from the rooftop terrace.
They never checked identity when I picked up the room key. There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
Great staff, they were all very professional and friendly. Abundant breakfast but most of the food was disappearing before the last half hour (I guess there were many hungry guests rushing out for breakfast early and eating up all the good things before we, the lazy ones, would even wake up). The bathroom was big and extremely comfortable for me, a small girl, but I suspect someone wider would have had a hard time fitting in the tiny space between the sink and the wall where the toilet was. Silent after dinner time was over. And yes, extremely good location, right in the center, close to the main bus stop and Mercadona. I would definitely stay there again, if I could afford spending offline most of the time.
The rooms looked sort of naked without a carpet -- I guess that makes them easier to clean but one needs to have shoes/flip-flops on all the time. The beds were the simple Ikea type, pretty narrow and light, they would move as soon as you touched them. The WiFi was only available in the lobby, not even in the restaurant, so if you need Internet for work -- forget about it, there's always someone around making noise, playing pool, watching TV, just chatting. And they close the lobby at 1am. Also, no chance to leave your devices charging in the room while you're outside because you need to plug your key to turn the electricity on. It's mostly a hotel for relaxing tourists, not a good place for people that need to stay connected all the time.
Over all, my best value for money hotel experience; location; kindness of the staff
Its location close to the bus station and close to good restaurants was exactly what we wanted. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
There was noise from the street which interrupted our sleep; we would ask for an internally facing room next time. We had to wait for a table at breakfast time. The breakfast buffet was poor because of the lack of choice of things like wholemeal rolls and yoghurt.
The staff is very kind .The room was clean and enough space.Breakfeast was good except the coffee. Internet was working well but only in the lobby. Good situation.
Too much noise because the way the building is made , we could hear a lot of what the other guests were doing even if they were on a different level. Not much air circulation and no air conditioning so we had to keep our windows open (as all the guests ) that is why we heard loud tv , conversations etc If you take that hotel choose well your room ...maybe facing the street is better ..I am not sure about that .
cheap but friendly staff, very clean, nice breakfast and exelent location by bus station and city center. Very good value for money.
The location, frendly staff
I would like to have more to choose, at the both breakfast and at evining tabels
excellent staff, really attentive..when i will come back certainly i will stay there..the location is perfect..with transport so near..
Except one recepciontist, the hotel staff is very kind and helpful, the location is good, but hard to park in the nearby.
One of the recepcionist did not speak English at all, he could not use the credit card system, the cash withdrawal from credit card was a lot of money...
Pluses: location, clean room
Minuses: - hotel's next to bus station, which is very uncomfortable if your windows of room are opposite to this place - breakfasts are very poor, everyday the same, fuits: apples, oranges and sometimes bananas, muesli'cornflakes with only cold milk, eggs, fairy bakery, bacon, a la pizza, fried tomatoes and that's it - very small swimming pool (5x5m), but on the terrace with view of the Teide - Wi-fi is avaible in the lobby
